These new prices will allow us to further improve the hostel.We also have to take into consideration damage sometimes caused to the hostel by groups, so please advise the group leaders to bring £200.00 or £300.00 in cash as a damage deposit. They will receive the deposit back on the departure date after all rooms will be checked by our security staff, but if we will notice any damage, we will issue an invoice and the payment will be taken from the damage deposit paid and the balance will be given back to the group leader.
If a group decides to cancel after the payment term, 10% of the total amount will be not be refunded by the company. If a group decides to cancel the booking one week or less prior to the arrival date the first night will not be refunded.
